The factoring company provides the infrastructure that allows for the processing of our clients accounts receivable factoring programs. In most cases the factoring company is able to provide immediate cash for our clients invoices allowing them to increase cash flow and reach company growth goals.

Recourse and non recourse factoring programs are offered by our partner factoring companies. The non recourse factoring company will typically purchase our clients accounts receivable and take on all risk for collection. This means that if your customer does not pay the invoice the factoring company will be responsible for the delinquent account. The recourse factoring company will typically return the invoice back to the client after a 90 day time period. With a recourse factoring company our client will still be responsible for delinquent accounts. Most of our partner factoring companies do provide collection help if it’s desired by our client.

We have seen a substantial amount of growth in the factoring industry during the last five years. New factoring companies without proven stability are entering the marketplace rapidly.
